I'll be honest, if I worked closely with him, we'd have some '**** you' moments. And those aren't always a bad thing if they're done among guys with a great deal of respect for each other.

That was *****'s downfall, IMO. He didn't have any respect for anyone so when you gave him back what he was giving you, he made it his mission in life to make you miserable. If Dorsey can take what he'll give out, it will work.

But he's going to have to work with strong personalities, IMO, because he definitely has a command approach to things and that's going to crater some folks if they're not cut out for it.
TBH, it's probably set up for Reid to be the face and Dorsey to be the shadow guy. Unlike Pioli, who said he wanted that, Dorsey seems to be more ok with that.

Hopefully.

Yep. He always said it was his job to be out of the spotlight. That was the HC's job.
