but every time one of these "super teams" are built weird things tend to happen...

however with the QB, the coach, the young nucleus AND all of those draft picks?

I'll say between Seattle and San Francisco there will be 26 wins...not sure who gets 14, who gets 12 or perhaps they both get 13 but that is my prediction.

Most teams do this by signing mercenaries that become locker room cancers or try to be above the team. The 49ers don't tolerate players who aren't team oriented. Don't expect to see the 49ers impacted like some of these teams that try to buy a handful of prima-donnas, then are baffled why the whole is not as good as the sum of its parts.

Harbaugh's 49ers are better than the sum of their parts because he doesn't tolerate Diva's that aren't about the team. If they thought Asomugha would be a cancer, they wouldn't take him. Hell, he took Randy Moss and you never heard a squeak out of him. He became a choir boy.
