Cha, right. Bowe is lucky if he is in the top dozen. He has always been a knucklehead with alligator arms. In his defense he has had perhaps the worst collection of QBs throwing to him in the history of football.

I know the stats he had for 2012 were off the mark, but Bowe impressed with his ability to get off the ball and beat press. his speed improved, he was a few pounds lighter and used that to gain some quickness out his breaks. He's by far the best blocking WR in the game and among the best all time imo.
I expect Alex Smith & Dwayne Bowe to connect this season. Like a lot. Smith never had anything close to what Bowe can do during his time in SFO and Bowe hasn't had a QB with Smith's talent at all during his five seasons. I'm looking forward to it. I think they are going to do some hooking up and routine annihilation if they can get some blocking and time to execute the offense.

There are about a dozen WRs you could throw in a hat after the top 5.

What the hell are all of you seeing in Demaryius Thomas? He looked very pedestrian (and couldn't stay healthy) until this year. And I wonder why his production went up...
And Brandon Marshall? Really? |

Dude, Compare Vincent Jackson's numbers to Bowe's. VJ's best season was last yr. He caught 72. Bowe has 2 seasons were he's caught more than 80.
