He is by far talented enough to be the QB of the future and be a damn good one. At the same time he is the type of QB/person that may take a 2-3 years to develop. Dude has a freaking cannon of a arm but he has mechinical issues and of course personal issues. He stays on the straight and narrow, develops his skills through that time, he stands a great chance of making it in this league for a long time.

We couldn't ask for a better situation in the fact we are basically getting him for free.

agreed...cant argue getting this kid for free. he came out early so hes still super young. if reid can work with him and he matures some more we could finally have our QBOTF to take over for smith in a few years. kid is a prototype NFL QB, just a dumbass...
