well our pitching carried month 1

it'll be nice to see if our bats can wake up to where we think they should be

right now we have a top tier pitching staff and a middle of the pack lineup

before the season we all figured to have that vice versa

Actually that is baseball. I remember as a kid when you only saw away games on tv, listening to the radio all night. Was awesome when we had the Denny's doing the game.

Baseball is the perfect radio sport. Except the announcers we have now are ****ing terrible Even Denny Matthews has slipped. Too much jibber-jabber.

I want to hear the score, the count and the sitatuon on the bases every other sentence. I couldn't care less where the other teams' pitcher came from or what his dad did to help become a ball player.

Half the time when I do get a game on TV here in Iowa, I don't even bother turning on the TV. When I do have the TV on, its always muted with the radio feed and gameday on the computer, and I only turn to look at the TV if something crazy happens.

Baseball is meant to be seen in person, or heard on the radio.

My only means of getting AM radio is my car or a shitty boombox from the 80's. Wish an FM station carried the games so I could at least use my phone.
