How large is the in-game community on a regular night? How long is the approval process to get on the server?

all 3 servers are basically full any time I go to play, server 1 and 2 are non whitelist, server 3 is whitelist. I usually play on server 2, but will play 3 when I have a group and we are being serious. Got fully geared last night and then randomly shot in the face :X

Whitelist is instant approval via bot on website
