I couldn't help but notice how large the crowd at the K was today. I can admire fan dedication, but For the life of me, why would people go out there and support this product?


The fans need to demand better and KC deserves a better franchise. There seems to be little pressure on this organization to change.

Francoeur's constant presence in the lineup is absolutely infuriating. The guy is 29 years old and his wins above replacement values have been negative for more than a year. A few days ago I was seriously considering flying to KC for the games this weekend. Glad I didn't.

I'm too much of a diehard to quit on this team. While watching them live in Oakland earlier this month, I realized how many of their best players were born after the Royals' last appearance in the playoffs. Frenchy's not one of them. He's too old for the Royals to have him in the everyday lineup dragging down the team's chances.
