I gave up on this for like 2 weeks, and now I have horrible acne, am super bloated, IBS returned, and am always ****ing hungry.

My arms look jacked though.

Acne isn't caused by sugar.

Bloat could be, but with a ton of salt, that'll happen.

IBS - can't help you there.

A 2 week break likely did you more good than you think.

Well I wasn't exactly consuming a shit load of sugar during my break, but plenty of other carbs.

During the 3 weeks, I had ice cream twice, and that was the only dessert I've had.

I don't see any problem with that. Carbs make you bloat after you've been off of them for a while. The sugar binds with water. That's how it's supposed to work!

Yep, but IBS is a killer for me. I forgot that I even had it.

I'm not a fan of wiping my asshole raw every day because I have to shit 3-5 times a day.

I have it, and I don't even eat sugar. But, I know what causes mine (Gilbert's Syndrome).

Flushable baby wipes are amazing.

I never stopped eating dairy. However, I didn't eat or drink anything that had lactose in it in either scenario.

Edit: unless ice cream has lactose.

I still have a glass of 1% milk a day, plus milk on my cereal (high fiber/low sugar). And cheese. All in moderation.

A friend of mine avoids all dairy because she says it makes you fat. I've lost 40 lbs., she hasn't lost any.

I don't eat hardly any dairy. I'll have some low fat cottage cheese with ripe tomato slices once in a while for breakfast, but rarely. I eat no cheese and no milk.
