Shogun 2: Total War is $7.50 right now. I highly recommend this amazing turn based strategy + real time tactical combat mix.

Do you play it with a controller?

I do. It was the game that finally got me off my ass and got me to buy a controller.

I've read that Dragon's Dogma is supposed to be good, but it's console only, my dude. Other than that, I don't know. I've only really played the Bethesda titles as far as open world RPGs go. I, too, had heard that Far Cry 3 was an FPS version of Skyrim so that's why I got it. I ended up selling it right back, though.

Damn, I have like 4 wireless ones and they don't work for me for some reason. I remember trying to make them work and then giving up eventually.

No, I got a Logitech F710.
Tried using another controller at first but the thumb stick was really hard and had sharp edges and was painful to use. The Xbox 360 controller looked to have the same kind of thumb stick so I went with the logitech, which has a nice rounded, soft and smooth thumb stick.

I feel like there were some better deals here than previous sales. So far I've bought Shogun 2: Total War, Fallout NV and Arma 2.
