Arin Andrews and Katie Hill look like any normal teenage couple posing in their bathing suits. One would never guess that two years ago, Arin was a girl named Emerald and Katie was a boy named Luke. 17-yea-old Arin and 19-year-old Katie are from Tulsa, Oklahoma and both have undergone surgeries to change their gender. The couple now enjoys the bodies they always wanted.

A little over a year ago, Katie, a college student, had gender reassignment surgery after an anonymous donor read her story in a local newspaper and donated $35,000. Arin, who is still in high school, has had surgery to remove both his breasts and loves showing off his new male physique. For a year, Arin attempted to bind his chest to hide his female body, but now can go topless for the first time after his surgery in June.

Since we're playing fun times comparing shit, here ya go: cutting your hair off in sympathy of a person going through chemo is the same as cutting your leg off in sympathy of a person that is disabled.
