Isn't glorious yet, but he's got it heading in that direction... Can't turn total shit into glory in even just a few years. This is the biggest fastest and strongest team he's had in Ames yet.. It's also the youngest and least experienced. He's been getting a lot better recruits.. But he should have a real good team next year assuming they play like most inexperienced teams this year. But they will probably be around 6-6 again this year.. Talent to do more, experience to do less.

He's a helluva good coach. I think he does a great job with the situation he has up there. No offense to anybody in Ames. In time, I think he could build a program that gets to bowl games pretty consistently, and if he's willing to make a deal with the Devil (like Bill Snyder), then they could do even better.
