Basically that means Vegas thinks we'll win by 7, right? Doesn't the home team automatically get a three point swing in their favor?

well sort of...

if it were on neutral ground, they think chiefs would win by somewhere in between 6 and 7


so yes

but because it is in JAX they think it will be a bit tougher....
