Not that I know of. I think there might have been some overlap with season ticket holders and beer vendors too.

I think Fisher will be fine at RT and making the switch if need be. I think its less about difficulty of changing positions and more about the player. If Fisher is who he's supposed to be he won't have too much issue with it.
Hopefully they can work out a deal to keep Albert as I think he's a good lineman. I think he's proven he's a solid LT (especially considering the coaches, play calling, and QBs he's had he's done pretty damn well) so I don't see why you'd move him, especially if they're trying to seriously get him to another contract and not get rid of him. I actually honestly think them not trading Albert might have been why they went Fisher instead of Joeckel as if they were certain they wanted a new LT it would have been the latter, but they decided to go with a more versatile player since they want to retain Albert. I don't think they wanted to lose Albert, but decided to let him see what his options were since he was so unhappy. I think Reid will try to sell him big time on that they want him here and that in their eyes, his value isn't about what spot on the line he plays but how well he's played and continues to play (in other words, he'll get paid regardless, they just want him to be onboard with helping them trot out the best line they can). I doubt you'd find anyone that would say Bray is more mature than Geno. Things may change and only time will tell if either one has any success but people going crazy for Bray while condemning Geno for perceived lack of maturity is just so laughable I don't even know what to say. There's a reason Geno fell you say, and yeah well there's a reason Bray went undrafted. Sad thing is, Bray is the best hope for a legitimate QB prospect on this team I think. I'd love for him to be Dan Marino (oh no he threw a pencil or whatever the **** the reason was the Chiefs passed on Marino in '83 for "lack of maturity"), but I'm just not hopeful much at all. ok realistically
we officially have, on paper, every bit as good of an offensive line as San Francisco I think Dwayne Bowe = Michael Crabtree. They are of equal caliber players. We just spent a fairly high pick on a TE. Will he be Vernon Davis good? Doubtful, but I think Vernon is a little overrated. He's a one trick pony. Edge to San Fran on TE. However, I know Jamaal is elite and is definitely an upgrade over Frank Gore. Gore is good, no doubt...but he's no JamChar. So offensively, Alex is coming into a situation pretty much exactly where he left. and everyone is like... 'omg Alex is this...Alex is that' when in reality... he was having a nice 2012 before his concussion... and he ended his season going 26 for 28 for 310 yards and 4 TDs ...so like, you guys are super dumb |

You know what's dumb? Thinking Alex Smith is ever leading a 13-3 team ever again without a #1 defense.

All this is doing is delaying the inevitable. A franchise qb. Just wasting, Derrick Johnson, Tamba Hali, Bowe, Charles's prime til someone finally says, hey we need to go get a youngster with potential. |

Hell, Matt Cassel threw for 469 yards and 4 touch downs and no interceptions before, doesnt mean he's good lol or even average.

I can't possibly expect Alex Smith to be Tom Brady. Or even Eli Manning. Or even Matt Ryan. ...but I know he's vastly superior to Matt Cassel. and I also know he was the best QB available (including the draft) this offseason. and I do know we have playmakers on defense who could, with good coaching, develop into a good unit I'm not going to get ahead of myself or make predictions anymore. I'll wait and see... but the makeup of this roster...from QB to head coach to GM...is a hell of a lot better than 2012. and besides, I'm a ****ing fan...I cheer for my team to win. If I'm doomed to an eternity of 10 win teams who don't win ****ing playoff games...at least I get an enjoyable regular season it beats the ****ing **** out of whatever the **** you want to call the abomination of 2012 where we were out of the games on Tuesday afternoon |

please explain to me where this franchise QB was this offseason? are you implying that we should tank every season until the next Andrew Luck is available? Yeah...I'm sure that would go over great for Andy Reid. "Yeah, uh...sorry Chiefs fan base...we realized there was no QB this year so instead of trying to win we're just going to tank another year and hope some college dipshit doesn't go all Matt Barkley and presents us a viable option at #1. 2014. Yep!" I mean, how ****ing unrealistic is that? No NFL team would EVER, EVER, EVER do that. None. Andy Reid is paid to win games. They brought in the best QB this offseason. Period. If anything, the entire Geno Smith spectical showed EXACTLY how much the "super smart" drafturbator on ChiefsPlanet DOESN'T know. |

the draft showed, quite clearly, there was no top QB prospect to draft
every QB needy team passed on Geno Smith TWO times so please, CP, tell me what we should have done? Re-upped Brady Quinn for another year? |

To be fair, they all passed on Russell Wilson 3 times so I don't think we have any idea yet about what any of these qbs will be

Yes, but the difference is, they passed on Russell Wilson for one reason, and one reason only. His height. There was never a question about his mental stability, hi bray, hi smith. Or questions about arm strength, hi barkley, it was only his height, and the fact that he was drafted in a draft that was LOADED with qb questions. Can anyone honestly say that if Russell Wilson was in this draft this year, he isnt a top 15 pick?
