Even if all of this is right, I'd have to guess most Chiefs fans have enjoyed the season far more than the last. Sure, they have a ways to go before the SB talk becomes a reality. It's too bad Manning become a Bronco. If not for Denver, the Chiefs would really be in contention in such a weak conference.

We didn't play our game. And that has a lot more to do with us playing with zero inspiration than it does Indy whipping us. It would be one thing if their offense marched on us all game. We had two football follies laughable running plays from Donald brown, and several drives extended because of senseless penalties. Our offense was just bad and that starts with Alex smith, who played his worst game all season.

It is just plain ludicrous that people want to pretend that a big reason for us sucking today had a lot more to do with not showing up to play versus getting outmatched.

It's pretty interesting that a Washington team that has kept the majority of their games within one touchdown even in a loss, and a raiders team who are playing much better second half football including playing tough against San Diego... We beat these teams because they were uninspired.

Now, when we play uninspired, we lost because we are completely unmatched against Indy.

Dalton has a bunch of nice weapons to play with. He's a solid QB that can have good games and sometimes shit all over himself too. Not a special QB whatsoever.
