Movies about the dark side, and the nature of the dark side, would eclipse the traditional cannon formula by leaps and bounds in terms of sales. They have the new off shoot movies in the works, they should explore this as a possibility.

I'm certainly not one to argue, as I'd like to see the much darker side of the Star Wars Universe on the big screen. But my gut tells me those are a ways off.

The best we can hope for is that LucasFilm follows the MCU and develops four different series based on Star Wars characters at some point.

You know what movie they need to do like yesterday? It would make obscene amounts of money at the box office, and easily be the most anticipated movie within the Star Wars universe outside the new trilogy.

The story of former Sith, Mace Windu, and his turn away from the dark side and becoming not only a Jedi, but a member of the Jedi Council.

Personally, I thought that Samuel L. Jackson was unbelievably awful in Star Wars and seriously miscast.

It's painful to watch him in those movies, even more painful than Jar Jar for me.
