Whitlock column on FOXSports.com still needs your help.

http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/w...-cassel-100812

Chiefs fans,

I'm knocked off Twitter this week. My account was hacked and can't spam my column out to key media. I need your help getting the word out. Please share my column on Facebook and Twitter. Also, it's very important that you tweet this column to Mike Florio at Profootballtalk.com. You should also send it Adam Schefter, Peter King, Chris Mortensen, Michael Silver, Pete Prisco, anyone you can think of who covers the NFL exclusively. Mike Florio/profootballtalk is the most important.

Thanks and keep the pressure on Pioli.

Whitlock

Boom goes the dynamite. Jason if you didn't see the video someone posted of what happened, the crowd was cheering Jamal Charles going 18 yards for a first down not Cassel biting the turf.

They also clapped when he got to his feet which was a real show of support for a disliked QB.

I didn't thinkg the dude clapping over Cassell as he walked out was doing it antagonizingly! did anybody else? hell I thought he was legitimately cheering him on. at any rate this guys take on it made me chuckle.

Totally agree with Eric.

Just watch the game.

Its not even remotely inconclusive.
It was NOT just a few drunk fans.

It was resounding… right down to the guy clapping Cassel’s face as he was going down the stairs.

Heaven forbid… the Media is DEAD WRONG.

AFter the article he wrote in favor of us and you still have to ask for the link even though you know exactly where it is? Damn people can be lazy here.

I appreciate the column Jason. I was pretty upset to see the media reaction to what apparently went on after Cassel went down and while there may have been cheering of Cassel's injury, I looked at it as a release of frustration for what the owners and management have inflicted on this team over the last 15-20 years.

The mainstream sports media has no clue what is going on in KC, nor do they care, and only pay attention to KC long enough to sneer. KC has no place in their mind. They're nothing more than fodder for the 'chosen' teams. The team that is used as the backdrop for other teams highlight films.

Matt Cassel, Eric Winston, and Scott Piloi will all come and go, and I'll still be a Chiefs fan and it sucks frankly, that we're always getting the brown end of the stick and Im tired of it. I want a team and management that want to win rather than actively work against the teams success for their own ego.

I for one think they can all suck it. Ive got no voice, and no Peter King, Mike Florio, or Mike Wilbon is going to listen to me. So I thank you, Jason, for saying what needed to be said.

There were TWO dudes clapping, reaching down over the wall towards Cassel as he headed for the tunnel.

It was OBVIOUS they were wishing him well. OBVIOUS.

The irony of all this is the guy Winston was blocking or was trying to block caused the concussion. He's the guy that hit Cassel 2nd and slammed him to the ground. haha maybe thats why Winston was pissed. it was HALF HIS FAULT
