I was a switch hitter (in baseball jokers) when I played way back when and for some reason the low inside pitch (even if it wasn't a strike) was much easier to hit from the left side then from the right. I don't know why that is but it is. Ben Ogilvie of the Brewers used to hit balls out of the park off the top of his shoe laces. It was insane.
