Posting on ChiefsPlanet even though most regulars despise you = fine with me. Watching porn while posting on ChiefsPlanet and sharing that information = NOT fine with me I don't want to know. Really. I don't watch porn and post. If I disappear for 10 minutes, I'm shitting, watching port, or went on a beer run. I do NOT watch porn and post on the Planet. Yeah. Thanks in Advance. |

IMO Amber Bock is the only good domestic. Bud is the best of the lesser beers. I can't stand the Keystone Lite type of shit, it makes me wanna puke. I have to get buzzed off my own qual beer before I go to a kegger, otherwise it's too much pain drinking that piss.

If you like Fat Tire, you'll love 1554. I won't likely buy Trippel again, but it's not horrible. I like almost everything out of New Belgium Brewery, even their Frambozen. |

Like the ageless delight of pedaling a bicycle, Fat Tire Amber Ale’s appeal is in its feat of balance: Toasty malt flavors (sorta like biscuits just pulled from the oven) coasting in equilibrium with crisp hoppiness. Delicious stability - in the world of sometimes-precarious beer flavors – is perhaps what prompted one consumer who wrote us to say, “this beer just makes you smile.” Fat Tire’s depth of flavor, achieved with neither a disproportionate sway toward hops or malts, tandems well with a full spectrum of today’s engaging cuisines. Salmon, dry-aged cheeses, roasted chilies, omelets at midnight, sweet potato French fries and just about anything with grill marks or garlic are just a few of the edibles we like to partner up with our Amber Ale. Fat Tire is so named for the bike trip Jeff took through Belgium that greatly inspired his homebrewing efforts. “Fat Tire Amber Ale, from New Belgium Brewing, features a Belgian-style balance of malt and hops – bready but with a lighter Yank twist. It’s a tasty cult beer; a light flash of hops tames the malt. So easy to knock back a few.” Anthony Cerretani and Jason Alstrom, Outside Magazine |

Chimay, Duvel, almost any Abbey from various brewers. It's pretty unique, though. Quality product out of Colorado. I've been drinking it and looking forward to every trip to Colorado specifically for Fat Tire for nearly a decade. Imagine my joy when NBB started distributing to KC and Houston 3 years ago. |
