Yep I'll still watch and root for Eric Berry and J. Charles. That's about it, I'm apathetic at this point

No. I'm not done.
I'll wait until all info is out and confirmed regarding the trade. And I'll wait until we draft. There's very little chance that I'll ever pick a new team or stop watching an entire season of Chiefs football. But the money I spend on the organization (merch, tix, etc.) will be dramatically affected by whatever happens next. |

Never done. As a masochist, can't think of a better franchise to root for!

Do you mean the 2nd round picks? If so we have little choice, we have to be done with them.

They gave up a potential starter for Alex Smith. They gonna draft a QB 1st overall? Nope. They gonna draft one in the 3rd round? Nope. They gonna draft one in the 4th or later? Possibly. If you think a late round flyer is going to be a better option than Smith than you're dumber than I thought. |

I always old out hope. By mid season I will either be cussing and spitting or relatively happy with the team. Yes its the same ol song and dance, but just maybe the powers that be will get it right.

I went to work tonight and made some command decisions. First, ill wait until the draft to fully decide. Though history and logic tell me otherwise, ill give KC a chance to prove me and idiot and draft ANY QB at one/one. If they do not, then i am absolutely done and will never be a fan again until the team sacks up and pulls the trigger or is sold to legitimate ownership. As for Geno, i wont follow him to a division rival but if Pittsburgh manages to grab him, im done with KC for good and for life. The only other city i can have even a working, affectionate feeling for is NYC. Ive been there several times, i love the city, a lot of my favorite bands are from there, and ive had nothing but a good time there everytime i went. The jets would be like going from shit to shit, so im entertaining the notion of following the Giants for a while. Hey Dylan; got room for one more?

I'm just depressed. This board is awesome when things are good...things were looking real good and now hope is gone. Again. I'm just going to stay out of it for a while...no arguments, no hope, whatever.
Alex Smith is what he is...and what he isn't is hope. I'm tired of not having hope with this franchise. |

I'm not leaving the board. Hell no. Its the best Royals discussion on the internet, and my preferred Mizzou discussions too.

So many are being big pussies about that, If this board ran the team, do you think they'd do better? So many experts.

I'm going to give less ****s about the Chiefs untill they draft a QBotf with a first rounder.
I will try & give a **** for Stanzi & have little hope (ya right) that he could out perform Alex Smiff in preseason and ends up taking over the spot. I might give 2 ****s that day. Just by chance Andy Reid lets Stanzi compete. |
