OK, if its July or August I can see sending Ventura back out for the 7th, but its April. 6 tough high-stress 99-pitch innings in April is a good workload for a young pitcher. Whoever was throwing behind him should come out for the bottom of the 7th.

I wasn't even outside today! Except for my bike ride to the gym I guess.

I just think it's dumb that we still have 3 innings to hit this shit bullpen anyway and you call game if something went bad. Wouldn't have been over if they'd have taken the lead there.

Yeah, that was a very, VERY important AB and could very well be the deciding factor of this game.....

I didn't have much problem with pete's late angst tonight, I was mostly with him. Though, he was kinda angry in the early innings, as per normal.
