Rumor Brandon Marshall to chiefs for second rounder

So would you guys make this trade

Personally I'd rather go Joe Haden or Cameron Wake

Apparently Alex Smith already trusts Hill to go deep more than he does Conley.

He's getting at least a little attention. Collinsworth was talking him up quite a bit during the Sunday night shitshow against Pitt. Granted they needed to fill air time since the actual game wasn't providing much material.

I never thought much of Conley when drafted, and he's proven I underestimated him bigtime. I didn't hate the pick, but didn't expect much either.
He's dramatically been dedicated to improving and going to get better still. A legit high end #2.

For good or bad, his numbers may not be eyepopping in this offense, but he make plays when given the opportunity, and is an asset on the field as opposed to a weakness or just some band-aid.

I have little doubt that if he was in a more aggressive offense he'd put up some flashy numbers.

Outside of an established threat that's a #1 wideout, I don't know how much actual added value bringing in someone else via trade would actually make little difference.

Plus, he's young, cheap and still going to get better I believe.

Collinsworth is meh in the booth, but actually played the position and former guys recognize "players". Fluffing Conley to fill time doesn't make a lot of sense- there's plenty of guys on offense to mancrush and fill time during the broadcast if it was his aim.

Yeah, it would just be awful if KC came out on offense with Maclin, Marshall and Kelce on the field at the same time. No way that opens up dump offs to the RB or, god forbid, Conley in single or better coverage.
