Offensive struggles the last 2 years are personnel driven, not coaching

Idk how anyone cannot see this.

Andy Reid stood at the combine in 2023 and said Skyy Moore and Kadarius Toney were their top WR’s. We saw how that went.

In fact, can anyone tell me without looking what WR has had the most snaps of any Chiefs WR the last 2 seasons? Anyone? Ready for it? It’s Justin Watson. Nobody has played more snaps at that position than him the last 2 years.

Don’t even get me started on the OL. A late 3rd and late 2nd on tackles are considered projects. They are not real shots at a LT historically speaking. Shocking that they turned out to look like projects.
We have had 5 starting LT’s the last 2 years. FIVE.

The RB room had the least explosive plays of any RB room in the entire league. Only 17 10+ explosive plays all year. We even had some loser with an Alligator that plays FB take starting snaps

I get that it sucked losing Pacheco, Hollywood and Rashee. I understand and am not faulting Veach. The fact is that Kareem Hunt, Juju, DeAndre Hopkins and Travis Kelce are old. They aren’t explosive anymore. That was painfully clear tonight. It’s why Veach doesn’t like signing 30+ year old players unless he absolutely has to.

Again this isn’t a Veach bitch fest it’s just the facts. I think Veach is gonna take a hammer to this offense and hard after OL and explosive playmakers.

Thankfully he’s got an extra pick early thanks to Sneed

Pete Carroll turns 74 this Fall. Bill Belichick is 73. Both coaching football.

Andy Reid is not stepping away from this unless his health physically forced him to.

If his body allows it he will be the HC for this team in his 70’s.

If we don't have a top offense this year with Mahomes and these weapons it is time to make a change at OC.

3 years of mediocre to bad offense with the greatest QB talent in NFL history is unacceptable.

Guys I would like to see brought in if Nagy is fired...

Frank Reich-Already has a great understanding of offensive attack and levels. Failed as a head coach but that does not mean he can't be a fantastic assistant and play caller.

Shane Steichen-If he ends up not adapting to Anthony Richardson and plays Daniel Jones the Colts owner could cut the cord. Steichen is one of the top offensive minds in the NFL and developed Jalen Hurts into the best weapon he could be with limited passing. Steichen can even bring Jim Bob Cooter with him and ask Mahomes, "What do you like to do?"

Mahomes can do the Steichen/Hurts stuff and the Cooter quick game offense.

Brian Daboll-Developed a unique offense for Josh Allen and turned him into a star QB. Led the Giants to the playoffs Year 1 with Daniel Jones. Has struggled with poor QB play and a depleted roster but he won't have that problem here. Mahomes running the Daboll offense that Allen ran in Buffalo could routinely hit 75% completion percentages in games with easy outs and layups over and over that don't exist in the Matt Nagy offense.

If we get to switch out Steichen for Nagy and it means adding Cooter you do that 100 times out of 100.

Alky or not, he made the right decision

What a shitshow that was, they were ****ed from the start

I set up a meeting with the regional head of McDonalds, and one of the two owners showed up blackout drunk and passed out at his desk a few minutes into the meeting... same co-owner who later absconded with 65k

And thats just the tip of the iceberg

you really think Andy is going to bring in someone from outside his core people he knows?

Doubtful....

You don’t have to worry. If we got a new OC it’s probably Bleymaier, Pederson or Kafka.

Andy doesn’t go outside his tree. It’s his call.
