Definitely rank below all five of those.

Florida A&M is a HBC but is I think the most dominant among them in athletics, it would be interesting to see Kansas play them. I'm not sure who I'd favor.

Florida Atlantic and Florida International are FBS teams. Without knowing anything about the state of those schools, we can't say Kansas is definitively better than an FBS team since they are one of the worst FCS teams in the modern era of football.

So Kansas might be the #7-8-9 football program in the state of Florida.
