They most definitely should be held accountable. The best we can do is hope they learned from their mistakes and make adjustments in the offseason, make intelligent decisions in the draft, (unlike last year IMO) and FA.

There are some brightspots to this team even though 90% of the roster is utter crap, and they should build around those individuals. For ex, I thought Richarson played well at RT, and Charles had a great game. We are a long way from contention, but maybe we approach respectable or watchable by next season.
