Croyle should play. I don't think it's going to change much since you need to run the ball and be able to stop the run to win in the NFL.

Comments on Croyle against Jax.
1. Great arm strength and accuracy.
2. He stares down his receiver. Defenders were reading his throws, but he got away with it because of his arm strength.
3. He doesn't have much touch on his balls.

I've been yelling for Brodie to start since the beginning. I was exited at the game to see Brodie get to play and do what he is going to do a lot of score Touchdowns!!!

Teams do not respect our passing game with Huard and they stack the line to stop LJ & they know we are going to try the playaction but we don't have a running game to scare them so the playaction does not work and basically we suck with our O-line. Croyle can step in and put some zip on the ball and force the other team to respect our pass then our team can start running the ball.

I was at the game, had fun, I cheered for our team and even Huard but they disappointed me so I had to boo them in the 3-4 quarters.

Putting Croyle in would send a message that we are building for a championship and if you want to be apart of it then make plays and do your job, if you don't like it then go away we don't need you.

San Diego wasn't exactly playing that hard at that point in the game.

Like I said, I definitely think he should be starting over Huard. However, better than bad does not equal good.

I don't think a change in QB will ever be the answer for a Herm-led team. I predicted Croyle taking over after 2-6 start. However, it's gotta be a good thing to get him as many reps as possible. Just don't expect wins THIS year. Give the guy time to mature. Fans have been wanting to groom a QB for years. But are they ready for what that really means? We'll see.

If croyle locks up on a receiver, we can legitimately chalk that up to his lack of experience. But if a 34 year old veteran does it (like he did all yesterday) there's no excuse. I do like Huard, mind you, but only as a dependable backup.

Good point. Add to that the worsening weather conditions in which Croyle came in and his work yesterday should be properly appreciated. He was by no means perfect, but showed some potentially good stuff.

Comments on Croyle against Jax.
1. Great arm strength and accuracy.
2. He stares down his receiver. Defenders were reading his throws, but he got away with it because of his arm strength.
3. He doesn't have much touch on his balls.
2. So did Huard. All day.
3. Call gochiefs.

That's the general feeling of all the planeteers signing up here, I think. I don't think anyone is immature enough to expect miracles from BC. But if we are going nowhere this year, I'd rather do that with Croyle at the helm to hopefully become battle hard for the future.

Over a decade in the league nets you some accountability for sucking. Croyle gets some slack because of his NEWB status.
