Your friends should know your boundaries by now. It's not hard to read body language when shooting the shit. If they don't pick that up or continue to pick on it regardless... they're shitheads.

become a gym rat. 3-4 hours a day, 4-5 days a week. You see a difference, huge one in two months.

I get along better with guys. Not too many females around here like sports like I do.

Trying to make several changes, yes.

Not sure there are enough hours in the day with working full time and going to school full time.

Changes will come slowly. Another thing I learned is that getting stumbling drunk is not, at all, cool. I've been there several times, but I've never had to drive one around, help him into his house, etc. Completely NOT cool. I haven't been that way for quite some time, but Saturday was definitely humbling for me.

I work from 8-5. I have class from 6-9:30-ish. I work out from 9:30-ish for an hour. I go home, shower, read until I'm tired, and go to sleep around midnight. Tell me where I'm going to squeeze 2-3 more hours per day in there.

I'm sick and tired of people telling me what I want and don't want to do. I'm losing weight, I have already had people take notice, my clothes are starting to fit different, and I feel good about what I'm doing.

I'm fine with the physical path I'm on, as well as career/education. It's socializing I suck at. Part of socializing is showing a little self-confidence. That is what I was trying to get across with today's post. I don't show self-confidence. I put myself down. Doing this gives others a free ticket to do so as well. Are they jerks when they do? Yes. However, why should I hold what they say against them whenever they hear me say the same things about myself?

Why am I so ****ing frustrated today? I can't focus on anything. Class tonight should be a hoot.

I didn't mean become a gym rat for 2-3 hours a day. I meant make time every day to work out...like you are.

Just some stuff to get out, and I didn't want to start any new threads or bump multiple threads over stuff.

Official last day of school phase - 55 days
Last day of classes - 52 days
Celebration - 53 days

Also, I know I've always whined and gotten defensive about my weight on here. I realized something this weekend. Last Thursday, I was supposed to go watch a couple of friends of mine playing here in town. I didn't go, because I wouldn't have known anyone else, and I didn't feel like I'd do well presenting myself to new people. Saturday, I went over to a co-worker's house for her annual Christmas baking day. I'm glad I went, although I almost didn't for the same reason. I've read on facebook where a few of you all went to the game yesterday. I was going to give you a hard time for not looking us up, but then hesitated due to the fact that I didn't know if I would want to meet anyone new for the same reason.

My weight has become a problem. I have several people tell me that I look alright. I don't care about that. I am sick and tired of feeling disgusting. I'm not a bad looking female. I'm fat, and I hate it. Time to do something about it. On 12/26, I am going to start keeping a food diary, and I'm going to share it. I know I've done other blogs in the past, but none of them have really been focused on one thing so they've fizzled out. Followers or no followers, I am going to share what I eat and what I'm doing to lose weight with other people. I want to be held accountable.

Anyway, you know me, I just had to get that off my chest.
