-- I just got back from the grocery store and this what I bought.
Okay, so there are a ton of posters on here that are eating healthy, trying to eat healthy, or 'thinking' about it.

So, I figured I would start a thread. I am all about holding myself accountable. The more people that I tell about eating healthy, the more people I would let down by not. {TY sensibleshiefsfan}

Carbs with no/little fat along with some lean protein. Rice, potatoes, pasta, etc - that kind of thing. Doesn't mean pigging out on pizza and ice cream.

I've mentioned - I HAD the whole foods - I HAVE a bunch of KALE - I've been eating Brussel sprouts and chicken all ****ing week. The Publix visit was for the items that accent my already rock solid food stock.

I used to have no problem giving food to homeless folks. However, last summer I was stuck in traffic on I-30 on my way to a soccer game. There was a beggar walking up and down with his little cardboard sign. I thought "wow, he looks hot. Maybe he wants something to drink." I gave him my gatorade that I normally drink after the game. Did he open the gatorade and get a nice cold drink? NO! He sat the thing down on the side of the road and kept walking with his damn sign. WELL MFER, YOU JUST RUINED IT FOR ALL BEGGARS! I will never give you a damn thing again.
