So a dipshit gets out of his car, wearing all black on a dimly lit track and runs out to confront another driver?

From the video I've seen, it looks like the car ahead of Stewart had to make a move to avoid this kid as well.

I feel bad for his family, but it appears to be nothing more than some chlorine getting dumped into the gene pool.

I don't know if Stewart intentionally hit him or not. But I do think that if he did nudge over to hit or scare the kid, he'll get away with it.
