***Ask Lonewolf Ed Anything Thread***
Lonewolf Ed was given some bad news recently. While he is going to be busy kicking some butt, I thought this would be a good chance for us to get to know more about our friend.
We are mostly an anonymous group of strangers, for the most part, but sometimes its nice to humanize this place and get some value out of these relationships. So ask away! Let's get to know his views on life, his funny stories, his firsts, his favorites... there are no rules, except for the ones he makes. Here's to Ed! |

Someone wrote Michael Keaton sucks and the last part was furiously scratched out on the mens room wall. I bet Fonda did that and Michael took his pocket knife to it.

This chemo really shot my appetite down.
Yesterday for breakfast, all I had was 2 boiled eggs, a banana, yogurt, Cheerios with organic skim milk, and orange juice. For lunch, all I had was 2 cans of tuna mixed with mayo and lemon juice out of which I made two sandwiches and had an apple. For dinner, all I had was 2 soft shell tacos loaded up with seasoned beef, onion, salsa, lettuce and cheddar, with some refried beans on the side. Pitiful. Just pitiful. |

Ed,
I hate to say it but you eat more sick than I do on Thanksgiving. Hang in there. |

They hooked me up to three of them, not sure what they are. The nurse said the names and all I heard was dsckcncadvbalexl. The last one, they sent me home with a pump that I carried in a fanny pack and it gave me some of it every few minutes over 41 hours. It had letters and numbers in it FU5-something or other. This stuff is all new to me!

In about half an hour, my cousin Jim is taking me out to Barley's Brewhaus in Overland Park. Since I am well past "chemo week" and my cold sensitivity is gone, I am having a BREW! It's my time now!

Question
I just want to know, do you find it helpful to keep your head up your rear end? I mean, why during the game? It seems that during the game you want to have your head, you know, out and in the open air so you can see the plays. I mean, is it comfortable, or is it for the warmth, or what?
