Guru, what is this business about no longer playing on XBL? You better not play L4D because you'll be convinced to re-up your subscription.

We need a gang of L4D'ers. I know me, Basileus, and Zooted Granny are probably in. Especially on release day. That damn game is going to consume me.

I don't game enough online for it to be worth it to me. Last weekend was an extreme rarity.

does this game require you to play online or something?

The opening 5 minutes is intriguing. Looks like some places are giving a $5 instant credit for preordering as well. hmmmm

Still don't know that I would keep Live though.

Unless you plan on having some LAN parties, buying this game for the single player would be a waste.

Rent it and some point and I'll give ya a code for 48 free hours of XBL. I have tons of these laying around.

And don't the rest of you bitches start sending me messages asking for them.

The AI in L4D is actually pretty good. The game is usually easier on single player than in co-opt.
