Went to PNC and was actually a little disappointed. I don't know why, I just expected more. It just struck me as a big minor league stadium.

Pittsburgh, OTOH, blew me away. I didn't expect it to be nearly as nice as it was. Beautiful city.

I'm biased as a Pirates fan but what were you expecting? It's so conveniently located, bars and restaurants around the stadium, several hotels at the doorstep of the entrance, beautiful view while in the stadium, clean as hell, nicely kept and run, easy to get around, good sight lines.

What new style stadium do you put ahead that you have been to? I've been to Pac Bell Park in San Fran and it's close and so is Camden Yards.

Pittsburgh is definitely underrated as a city and hope you went to Meat and Potatoes for dinner.
