Yesterday we brought to you the news that a reveal of Bungie's next project, Destiny, was being hinted at for this upcoming Monday, February 18 – an augmented-reality game on the studio's website seemed to be pointing toward that date. Well, we won't have to wait quite that long. It's now been announced that Destiny will be unveiled one day earlier than we thought, on this Sunday, February 17.
An official Facebook page went live today and made that announcement as its first order of business. A Twitter account for the game has also been activated as well.
And if all that isn't enough to get you hyped, have a first look at the game's just-revealed logo as well:

After a bunch of Deathsinger/Crota runs last night (and 1 VOG HM run), I pulled a 2nd and 3rd Word, a 2nd Icebreaker, and the Mythoclast(!!).

At this pace I'll pop a Gally and BHammer right before the nerf comes out.

PvP - It's good, but if you want to free up an exotic slot (e.g., Thorn), the Dead Orbit launcher with Tripod and Proximity is boss.

PvE - Really depends on whether you use an Exotic primary. I use Vision of Confluence and Fang a ton, so it's my go to launcher. In the non-Gally category, Hunger does more damage, but I think you can carry more Truth rounds.

If you ever have the Thorn bounty, Truth can help a bit with that. And ditto for any void burn (like this week's heroic), although I tend to go more with machine guns in PvE.

I'm playing a queen's wrath character in PvP just for shits and giggles, somehow managed a queen's scout rifle with full auto and third eye, a queen's shotgun with full auto and uh something else (drawing a blank) and a queen's launcher with tripod and cluster bomb. Should be entertaining during the next iron banner. I wish I had the queen's machine gun. But I've been lucky to get what I have from the faction packages.
