She also records the situation, meaning she's devoting attention to that instead of the road in a situation where the roads are supposed to be slick. So a woman is doing something we're told is dangerous in order to film something that we're told is dangerous.

If you can't take that information and figure out why people wish this bitch had wiped out right along with the driver of the truck, you have no business ever getting behind the wheel of a vehicle.

By no means am I saying the woman didn't do anything wrong. What she is doing is infuriating and completely dangerous. However, the dude isn't in the right either. No matter what this bitch did, never should you speed up next to her to flip her the bird, and then punch it just to find yourself swerving out of control and endangering everyone in the opposite lane.

Which person is dumber or more in the wrong is totally up to opinion and I'm in no position to cast judgment on either of these people. As I said before, the dude's a dumbass and the girl's a bitch.

It's been pointed out numerous times that this doesn't take place on a controlled access highway...there is no "passing lane" in this instance. But there's still an expectation of the courtesy of not hanging out in the left lane if you don't need to be there.

Highway or no highway there are only two reasons a person should be in the left lane:

1. Passing slower traffic
2. In anticipation of a left turn

When I took my drivers licence if you were in the left lane at anytime except for the above it was an automatic fail.

It's actually different for different states. On the west coast people don't consider it the passing lane at all except for courtesy reasons. It's normal for people to just stay in that lane all the time.
