Played about 10 min, i really need to learn the controls cause i suck and havent played a baseball game in years. Game looks realistic though

OK, I didn't have a chance to play yesterday. So I sign in today and there is a 343mb update. Ok. I download and install and it wipes out all my settings that I spent so much time setting up. God Damn it.

What I don't get is...

It optimizes the game for 720p automatically and then says to change my ps3 to the 720p setting for the best view or whatever. My tv is 1080p...is there any reason its not doing 1080p automatically? I assume my ps3 is set to 1080p...

Also, how do you pitch, it says nothing about the bar, u dont have to move the ball after the pitch is thrown right>

I think you may have to set your PS3 to 1080p. I don't quite recall, but I'm thinking system setting, video settings, 1080p output.

If the game is not made for 1080p it will change it to 720p, thats normal.

Well it makes no sense, on the back of the box it says 1080p is the max display it can do. I even reset my display and its said at 1080p on my ps3....weird

Ok i did manual settings and took off 720p and it did it to 1080p...but it still says its optimized for 720p and to change it to that setting, i dont notice any difference really it looks just as good as it did when its loading at 720p

mlb 10 the show is hard as ****...atleast to hit.

I am 1-1

had to restart my season but won the 1st game 2-1 guillen hit a 2 out walkoff 2 run hr in the 9th....was pretty awesome.

2nd game lost 5-2...can't hit worth shit but i am ok at pitching. This game seems realistic i guess, practice practice practice! 2nd game Ankiel had a HR, thats the only way ive scored
