Yeah, but they hit their receivers in stride. IMO, that is the real difference in what we did Sunday compared to the normal shit we watch. For whatever reason (who the **** knows why) Cassel was able to hit the receivers in stride and then they could make plays. Most of the times, the WR has to ****ing stop, go get the ball and THEN try to make a play.

Sometimes, when we get a first down via the pass, it's easy to get so excited, you tend not to notice the details of the play. For example, people on this board have stated that the throw to Bowe (the acrobatic catch one) was a good pass. I say, only if you were looking for PI. The throw should have been high to allow Bowe a chance at the ball. Cassel's getting bailed out by his receivers a lot ... just like last year.

I remember one fairly good slant to Bowe. The pass was pretty good ... just a little behind, but that's nitpicking.

I remain convinced that Cassel's accuracy is just ... inconsistent. That makes our WRs performances all the more impressive, in my mind.

I agree on that pass. However, I think it's ridiculous to nit-pit Cassel this week. I don't care how they get it done, overcoming a 17 point deficit is HUGE for this team. They usually can't come back from 3 down.

yeah, I still say this board over reacts as a whole.... not that casshole is awesome or anything, but the lions were calling alot of draws/screens/drop off passes just like you all bitch about the chiefs. difference is the final outcome, chiefs have lost a couple and the lions have not.
