Do the events of this weekend save Pioli's and Crennel's jobs?
Obviously lots of emotion today....Emotion probably won the game IMO.

Does that change anything in Clarks mind? The classy way that Pioli and Crennel have handled the past few days. I fear its going to cloud his judgement when the tough decisions need to be made in a few weeks.

I'm not saying it's likely but maybe Pioli will step down. After his tiff with Haley, over half the fan base calling for his head flying banners and wearing black, combined with Belcher blowing is brains out in front of him Pioli could decide it's time to move on. It's just an awful situation for him to be in. He could use the Belcher ordeal as his only reason and save face and just move on.

Did you read what I said?

Clark doesn't care about winning, he cares about public opinion. That's how firing Pioli even became a topic of discussion.

If there's more fans that want to "spare them" than not, that's what we'll get.

Other than a player murdering a coach or another player, I can't think of a situation that would lend itself to "everybody needing a fresh start elsewhere", I don't know what is. This should put any reservations Clark has about moving on from Crennoli to bed, because its best for everyone to move on at this point.
