"Brady's superior play"

Wait for the preseason games, dude. If Quinn legitimately is better than Stanzi in the preseason games, I'll be one of the first ones here to point it out. Until then, these practices don't mean shit.

Brady Quinn was a bad mother****er last year in the preseason.

I have a feeling Pioli found us the next Len Dawson.

Are you a Pestilence mult? Because I haven't seen anything good tweeted about Quinn in a month.

The odds of Quinn taking the Chiefs to the playoffs are much higher than Stanzi.

Everything I've heard/read has said that Quinn has had a great weekend. He was also looking good coming out of the Bronco camp last year before the idiot Denver fans started clamoring for Tebow. Luckily (in this instance) the Chiefs brass will ignore the fans.

You guys can believe all the tweets from Joe blow mcdicksuck all you want.

Over the years, certain people have earned my trust and FormerDB (@TheFilmRoom) is one of those guys.

It's like having Milkman at camp giving us reports.

I haven't seen what's been said about Quinn lately, but I went to camp. Quinn looked like Quinn (not very good), Cassel looked like camp Cassel (ok), and Stanzi looks more promising than both but he's far from perfect (and can look pretty bad at times). I think its pointless to read much into camp, as Cassel has looked ok in camp the past 3 years, but he sucks in the games. Cassel still has his dumb looping throwing motion, and Quinn still just throws it hard but lacks control. Stanzi sets his foot great (the guy that said he sets his back foot and has the ball out was spot on) and the biggest issue with his throws is he's inconsistent in force, but he needs consistent time with receivers to get touch and timing down. Trickshot had great touch, but I don't think he even played in the little scrimmage drills so no idea how he looks at QB.

I don't remember there being anything about Quinn looking good in Denver. All the reports I remember was that Tebow was so bad he was clearly the 4th stringer and there should be questions about him even making the team. Quinn outplayed him, but that's by default because Tebow was so bad.

Yup he challenged Orton for the starter position last year.

That's why I haven't spent much time talking about Quinn/Stanzi competition because there is none. Quinn is the #2 and should challenge for the #1.

Quinn could be decent if not good given a full chance to show his talents, he never had that with the Browns or Broncos. I hope Stanzi out duels him in the preseason games, but don't count out Quinn. the talent is there. Flame away.

Quinn is the best QB on our roster. He should be competing with Cassel for the starting spot.
