There are some fantastic odds to be found out there on Chris Jones as MVP. This is a defense-first team at this point with Jones being the most 'name' player on it. If he has a couple sacks and forces a turnover somehow, a 20-13 win with Jones as the MVP isn't out of the question at all.

I'm not going to crack the seal on football betting; just something I've never felt any desire to get started with unless I'm actually in a sports book in Vegas. But if I were going to bet, I think I'd find one of those 150-1 odds on Jones sitting out there somewhere and get in on that action.

I don't think its as farfetched as the odds are showing.

It depends obviously, like I think Purdy throws a pick 6 in this game. Could that be the MVP yes if it's close but if the Chiefs win like 35-13 then no.

Jones is +8000. I just put $10 on him as well, thanks.

Oh if it ends up a 2 score game, unless the defense absolutely dominates and it's like 20-3, I don't see a defensive player winning MVP. If the offense scores 21 or more, I think it's going to an offensive player. That's just the nature of things.

I don't think it's LIKELY that Jones wins the MVP - far from it. But the odds are far longer in several sports books than I think the reality on the ground warrants.

I like McDuffie to get that pick-6. Maybe on a tip on an attempt to get Samuel across the middle.

With Pest here. SF is gonna double and even triple team Kelce if they can. Their secondary outside of Ward is garbage. Ward also lined up on the outside 100% of the time.

Rashee is gonna line up in the slot against a below average corner and feast.

I am curious if they throw Ward on him or Kelce.
