Already found the first reason not to work out yesterday. Not again today dammit!!
Good thing is that diet changeover has went well and drinking immense amounts healthy fluids really makes a difference. Just being hydrated has given me more energy and a better overall feeling. |

I did it 4 months ago. Don't miss driving to the gym in 10 degree weather at all. Even though it's 3-minute drive I ****ing hated it.
Now I walk into my living room and watch a movie while I work out. And I can do it in my undies.

My wife and I went to a local gym to check it out and get the tour, etc...
We enjoyed the free workout, but I just struggle with the idea of paying $75/couple for a membership when there are so many other non-gym options on the market, especially on Craigslist, etc. I'll enjoy the 7 day pass, but probably won't sign up. But that's just me. Some people need the membership because they have a financial buy-in and feel obligated to use it. I'm not against gyms at ALL, just haven't come around on it yet. We'll see if they come down to the price I want. |

I'm calorie counting instead of doing carbs this time. I looked up the calories in heavy whipping cream.....holy hell! There are 821 calories in 1 cup of heavy whipping cream. Wow!

When I was single and living by myself in my apartment.....I used to run while playing video games. Best workout ever and you never pay attention to the time.

PS3 at the time. If you have coordination....you can run in a straight line and stare at the screen. I'm not saying I was sprinting....more like a jog. One game of Madden is usually like 45 minutes depending on sliders.
