Question: If WWE signs somebody, let's say The Rock. Would it be released on their website in an article like the ones posted above, or would they let the fans know by having his music hit at the beginning of Raw like they did in the Attitude Era when they didn't have these sites and shit?

They'd release it. You can't keep anything secret anymore. Witness the way they handled Edge's title win on SD recently. Trying to beat the spoiler sites with info...

It's still Ok, but it's not the same without The Rock and Stone Cold... Would be nice to see them tag up for just one more year before they are thru... I understand both are making movies, but I heard Austin had a neck injury and can't wrestle anymore... But; he could guest referee like in Wrestlemania..

Anyone watch that series Hogan Knows Best ??? One of the episodes had Vince sign him for like a gizzillion years... Only had to make maybe a show or two a year and other appearances...

Stephanie felt Conway was a jobber for life and would never draw any money, and wanted to make room for more developmental talents to be called up. Johnny Ace had to be the bad cop (which is his new role, as if he didn't have enough heat already), and made things worse for himself by lying, saying creative couldn't come up with anything for Conway to do. The problem was that creative HAD come up with something for him, a reunited La Resistance on ECW. Conway had JUST received his new gear when Ace told him there were no ideas. Many people in the company were very unhappy with the call since they felt he could have made a great teacher in Louisville.

Both Scorpio and Conway could be decent in ROH as mid-level veteran guys.

It's hard to tell because you have to have a fairly long attention span to really appreciate his matches (and a lot of wrestling fans don't have the patience). I first saw Danielson in person when he wrestled Roderick Strong at ROH's "Vendetta" show in a 50+ minute match that a lot of people raved about. About 25-30 minutes in, my girlfriend complained that the match was boring, but then about 15 minutes later she, as well as I, were loving the match. Danielson's very old school (like Steven Regal, who I believe had a hand in training him), so for people that like that style, he's awesome but for those that just like roided-up freaks (creative at WWE) or spot-fests, he wouldn't be as popular.

With that said, I can't wait until June 23rd, when I'm in the second row to see Danielson vs. Kenta at ROH's second PPV taping in Chicago. The Briscoes are also going against El Generico and Kevin Steen in a rematch of their classic match from a few months ago.

Wow. I should head up to Chicago for that.

From what I gather, the St. Louis crowd for Judgment Day was absolutely terrible. They started a "JBL" chant for no reason during the Punk/Burke match, and chanted "Boring" during the Benoit/MVP match.

The way the main event ended, also, was just plain stupid. I'm flabbergasted, frankly.

That is all true. All you missed was HBK's overracting and match full of Ric Flair chops.

ONE TWO
You hear the clock tickin'

You about to stop livin'
TICK TOCK

TICK TOCK
But the dead don't have no memory

That was a surprisingly solid PPV, with the Punk-Burke and MVP-Benoit matches really shining. Toss in Murdoch pulling out a gorgeous Canadian Texan Destroyer in a nice tag match, Edge retaining in cheap but strong-ish fashion, and the angle-, injury-, and burial-oriented matches being short but well-executed. Not an amazing PPV by any stretch, but not too shabby.

Of course, I say this without having watched the John Hogan-GRREEARHGRGHRGHRGHRHGRHG match. I can't wait to see him take down that monster Snitsky, though!

The crowd was indeed shitty, and I honestly got pissed off by the reeruns chanting at JBL during one of the best matches of the night.
