Not with the blowout loss to Georgia at home, but they'd at least be in the Top 20 and looking at a decent bowl game, irregardless of what would happen in the SEC Title Game.

Oh well.

With all Mizzou lost from last year, I said 9-3 would be a best case scenario for this season. 9-3 is pretty much a given at this point, with 10-2 still a real possibility and a potential second straight appearance in the SEC Title Game. That would be unexpected and awesome if that happens!

Missouri has a great defense and a bad offense. Regardless of what could have happened against Indiana, they are probably the fifth or sixth best team in the conference at best, and not worthy of any suggestion or hint at playoff contention.

Fact: Before the SEC championship game, Mizzou will have played one ranked team all year (Georgia). And if Georgia loses to Georgia Tech, it won't even be a top 15 team

Agreed, I will say having an opportunity to have at least 9-10 wins and being considered for winning the east in a down year for the program is something ill take.
