If the committee is judging teams based on their full complement of players, this game shouldn't affect the team's seeding position at all. If they were the overall #1 before this, I don't understand why that would change.

After calming down, by rule Svi did foul the guy. The rule is dumb he clearly blocked the shot before fouling him. He should be rewarded for that. They need to change the rule to make it a non shooting foul, the foul had no effect on the shot.
