Football Peyton Manning says he will have MRI on Monday - Page 18

Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning will have an MRI Monday after being hit in the right knee area late in Sunday’s win vs. San Diego, he told the media after the game, according to the Broncos’ official Twitter feed.

“I’m pretty sore. They kind of got me twice in that lower area…get an MRI tomorrow and will know more then,” Manning said, according to the Broncos.

Manning was limping after being hit by Chargers defensive end Corey Liuget on a pass play in the final two minutes of regulation. Manning was attended to by the Broncos’ medical staff, but he stayed in the game.

And yes, PF's are 100% acceptable. Like I said before, they are going to throw the flag for breathing on Peyton, so we might as well Tee off on his head like Tiger tee's off on a drive and get our money's worth.

This 2013 Chiefs team does not cheap shot opponents.

I think this could be the most elite defense in NFL history that does not do any of that extracurricular stuff to intimidate the other team.

I doubt the Chiefs would get out of character just because it is a big game. They are getting plenty of sacks and turnovers playing clean. It would be a panic move to start playing dirty and I do not see that happening.

It doesn't matter if he gets checked under the chin or gets a fingernail dragged across his arm; Manning is going to whine and look for flags.

May as well make them count.

The defense will absolutely not be allowed to play through the whistle with Manning back there. Any time they so much as smack his thigh he'll throw his hands up for a flag.

This Broncos team is just an exceptionally whiny bunch of douche bags. And they'll be very frustrated with the style of defense the Chiefs play.

I expect a lot of grumpy grown men faces out there Sunday night. A whole lot of flailing of arms and gnashing of teeth.
