Yeah, the numbers weren't rock solid..but I'm sure Tony is averaging close to 900 yards and 8 TD's a season. That's some pretty serious production for a TE.

I'm sure he can play, most teams don't ask their TE to be a major offensive weapon. Hell if you want a guy who is a superb receiving TE there are a couple of those guys in the draft and you could pair them up with Cottam.

Cottam had 21 receptions and 1 TD in his college career.

Had he been healthy all 4 years...the dude would have been a 1st round pick...he's almost as much of a freak as Vernon Davis.

A TE that tall is going to take a lot of hits around his knees.

Also, a guy that big should have developed himself into a blocker. He didn't and that tells me that he's not physical.
