That's not hard. GPS and some cheap software will get it done.
Drones are a big buzz in ag right now for scouting, but they are a ways out from being any good. Too much data and too many FAA rules as soon as line of sight is lost. The problem with these Amazon units will be collision avoidance. All the sensors and software, not to mention processing power for collision avoidance will be substantial. They're a long way from getting that done. |

I never understand why people are immediately so skeptical about stuff like this. It's as if people haven't been paying attention to what Amazon (and Bezos) have accomplished in the past 15 years.

By that logic, you could just shoot the UPS guy. I'm sure that someone out there will try to shoot one down, but it'd be a felony just like any other type of mail tampering.
