Have any spare astringent pads?
And it appears Bob Dole was working (gasp) when Bob Dole had an opportunity to voice Bob Dole's opinion.
|

Back to the topic I like TRich and Lockett on offense, and Patton/Edwards on defense. I am also hoping I'll also be liking Stills a lot soon, but I have my doubts.

Man I'm torn here. I like players that work hard and overcome obstacles. Those that quietly lead.
My picks: Kimbal TRich Glock Hasty Sorry that I couldn't pick just one. Dev
|

It will be a successful year if I can add Clemons and SlyMo to my list in time for next season!

I follow Donnie Edwards on D and Kimble Anders on offense.
2 class acts and terrific contributors in my opinion. Chi [This message has been edited by ChiTown (edited 08-23-2000).] |

I guess that would make your favourite ex-Bronco Dan Williams?
My favourite ex-Chief would have to be Dale Carter |

I always like to follow the Offensive Line and the Secondary. So my favorite Chiefs are Grunhard and Hasty. I'm really looking forward to watching Tait and Warfield develop.

My first fave was Dino Hackett. DT defined the team for me throughout the '90's. I was proud every time Bennie Thompson stepped on the field on STs. Also, Todd McNair consistently provided exciting and uplifting play.
Present faves; Hasty - a mentor figure who can still bring it as hard as anyone Gonzalez - so cool to see a football player apply basketball fundamentals to his position and contribute to the evolution of the game [Aside, anyone ever look a Karl Malone and wonder what kind of NFL TE he would have made? Maybe not, but I have] Grbac - for all his brain farts, I really admire his ability to consistently improve in a city and situation that, depending on whom you beleive, was either ambivalent and unsupportive or outright hostile to him Patton - brings it with authority every down Future Faves; TRich and Slymo - I smell a breakout year for each [Who Homer? Me Homer? Doh!] |

Defense - Patton. He actually tackles! What a concept!
Runner-up - Woods. Definitely not everyone's most liked player (sometimes a little poor on the coverage), but I just love the way he hits. Atkins could be working his way up the list. Visions of a 230lb enforcer at SS... Offense - Richardson. ALWAYS gives 100%. 3rd and short plays, 3rd and long plays, just blocking...always gives his all. Runner-up - Lockett. Has the hunger for the ball, catches anything thrown his way (the anti-Alexander ). Making his way up the list is Tait. You have to like a great LT. |

Timmy Grunhard. Can't believe he hasn't been mentioned. A workhorse with a great attitude and loyalty.
