Alex Smith belongs in the Turd Bowl, not the Pro Bowl.

What are the odds that Ryan Succop has a shot as well? He's 11/13 so far, and one of his misses was blocked. It's possible that both were blocked, but I can't remember.
Is selecting a kicker to the Pro Bowl all about the number of field goals? |

If this team finishes atop the AFC, Alex might have a shot. He seems to be well respected around the league.

The QB holding the Chiefs back from realizing their true potential isn't making the Pro Bowl, no.

This list reads a lot like "chiefs players who are pretty good or better" rather than the best of the AFC across 16 teams.
I think your locks are pretty set. Though, I can't see the NFL giving us that many defensive players. DJ or Poe might drop. The "things are looking up" list is a pipe dream. Maybe Demos if he has another two TD returns. The "has a chance list" is homer-ific. Smith, Bowe, Dex: no way. Flowers will be too injured all year to stand out. Maybe Cooper if he keeps rising. Your list is too Homery and doesn't seem to take into account the other teams players who will be grandfathered in. There are so many BrianUrlachers, etc. |
