Snyder's teams always play down almost to the level of their opponents likes, particularly for games that don't mean much. He likes to run it up on Kansas, though.

Does anyone else think Weis regrets taking the job?

No, do you have some personal insight or just tossing that out there because Misery is in well....Misery again?

I doubt it. He's being highly paid and has no expectations. He can go 1-11 for a few years before they would ever fire him. And even if he gets fired, he'd be able to sit around and get paid for the rest of his contract like Mangino and Radio are doing now. If he somehow gets the team to 6-6 in a few years to make them bowl eligible, he'll land a better job and go elsewhere.

Gotta love it when MUrons think they know the KU program and fan base. No way will Weis be allowed to go 1-11 for a few years. And there's no reason for them to not start challenging for bowls next year.

The Big 12 is a LOT tougher than the split division days. You can't luck into the easy schedule every couple of years like some of the weaker teams used to.

With that said, I think the talent is there for KU to contend for a bowl next year if they schedule a powder puff non-conference schedule.

I think so, too.

KU will start to click eventually. They have some talent there, it's just that Gill didn't have a ****ing clue how to use it. Weis is 100x the coach that Gill was.

But, if Weis tries to run a pro style offense at KU, they will never bet better than a 5-7 team.

I'll be watching my team get crushed at football. I'm used to it though. I am a Chiefs fan.
