I don't know what it is with these women. I say props to the kid.... Well done! My only question is why wasn't this stuff going on at my school? Also for some reason these chicks are always hot and the kid seems to be a goober. I couldn't find any pics, but here is the story. Lucky bastards! Area Teacher Caught In The Act With Student
At approximately 10:00 p.m. , on March 26th a Pottawatomie County Deputy Sheriff while on patrol investigated a vehicle parked in the Spillway Marina Park area of Tuttle Creek Dam, according to the Pottawatomie County Sheriff's Dept. During the initial contact, it was discovered that the occupants of the vehicle were a 32 year old female and a 17 year old male.

Further investigation determined that the 32 year old female inside the vehicle was Katherine J. Harder, a Manhattan High School teacher and the male juvenile was a student at the same school. Harder was arrested for Unlawful Sexual Relations and was taken to the Pottawatomie County Jail. A District Spokesperson says Harder, a third year Language Arts teacher has resigned.

yeah I understand where you are coming from I just see it as a lesser evil than "child molester" I have seen many o chomo's and they are not having sex with 17 year olds that is for sure

I know someone who did time for sleeping with an underage girl who was most definitely consenting. He was still a f'n idiot. I just don't know how you'd set a legal guide to determine mentally able to consent. Drawing a line in the sand seems the way to go on this issue.

Besides, if there was a test for the ability to consent, we'd have 30 year olds who couldn't, legally, have sex.

If the kid was like 12 or something, then somethings wrong. 17 years old? i bet you in 10-20 years, i highly doubt he's going to be ****ed mentally becuase of it.

I don't think that the major issue is age. It's just that they are in an authority position and are naturally going to be ogled by their students, and they legally have to handle it. They should just stop having hot teachers.... make them sit on an island eating donuts until they're over 200 lbs and THEN they can teach. If they're still kinda cute, then wait 10 years until they're ugly....
