Green/Red Curry FTW.
Get it with big chunks of carrots and let them soak in that shit overnight.

I think I'll try Red Curry. The last few times I just kept getting Green Curry because it was so delicious.

And don't say Mexican or BBQ.

By demand... Pad Thai
First, mix the sauce together: 1/4 cup ketchup 1/3 cup fish sauce (seems like a lot, but it is good.) 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar 3 tablespoons water Pick a meat (shrimp or chicken) and saute in a pan (or wok) with some good light oil until cooked. Remove from pan. Scramble 3 eggs in a re-heated hot pan/wok with 3 tablespoons oil. Add 2 tablespoons garlic and saute with the eggs about 30 seconds. Add the sauce and precooked pho-type flat rice stick noodles. Cook for 3-4 minutes as the sauce absorbs. Throw in some finely chopped napa cabbage (optional) during this phase as well. Add back in your meat and 2 cups bean sprouts and toss. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl. On top of the Pad Thai, put 3 tablespoons minced green onions, 3 tablespoons minced cilantro, 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper, and 1/3 cup chopped peanuts. I often put additional cilantro and peanuts on my individual portion, and squeeze a lime wedge's worth of fresh lime juice on top. A note on cooking the Pho noodles. Just put in quite warm water (not boiling) for several minutes until cooked al dente for you. They will soften even more when you put them in with the sauce for those four minutes. Delicious, easy, and makes great cold left over lunches.

http://www.patsthairestaurants.com/cafe.php - the links to the right of 'home' in the banner are each different restaurants. South Grand has a ton of great Thai and Vietnamese as well. Serbian food is making a surge in popularity in the Morganford/Gravois area with the recent influx of Serbs to the area.
